Kevin and Kelly Copeland own and manage iTrip Nashville, serving vacation rentals in the Downtown Nashville, East Nashville, West Nashville, and other eligible short-term rental developments in Davidson County and the greater metropolitan area.
For more than 10 years, Kevin and Kelly have made their home in Downtown Nashville. They enjoy interacting with visitors and creating wonderful memories for all who travel here or locals getting out and about. As self-proclaimed ambassadors for the city, they have managed several successful blogs and websites featuring local things to see, eat and do!
Kevin and Kelly have lived in the Nashville area for 16 years and love calling it home. With such a beautiful climate, landscape, and surrounding music scene -- combined with sporting events, concerts, dining, and festivals -- they experience everything their community offers and pass that along for others to enjoy.
Kelly has spent the last 16 years with a local urban design architect. As a Partner in the firm, she has significant experience in business operations, planning, and community relations. Prior to that, she worked in marketing, human resources, and accounting.
Kevin has spent his entire career in sales performance analysis, marketing, and systems management. Building financial service organizations in Texas, Arkansas, and Tennessee, he spent the bulk of his time recruiting and training. He grew up on a farm, which has led to experience with light maintenance that comes in handy around vacation homes. Kevin is people-oriented and has developed working relationships with local vendors, chefs, musicians, and merchants.
Kevin and Kelly are excited to represent Nashville area homeowners and provide the care and protection each property needs. Additionally, they look forward to interacting with visiting guests and helping create wonderful memories in Music City!
